Women generally take longer to orgasm than men.
On average, it takes women 10 to 20 minutes (during sex).
While men take 2 to 3 minutes.
Most women need more than penetration.
They need clitoral stimulation as well.
So how does it work?
During sexual arousal...
The clitoris enlarges & moves its position.
The pelvic area swells with blood % genital muscles tighten.
Orgasm reverses this process by releasing that built-up tension.
Orgasm causes muscle contractions in the vagina, pelvic floor, anus &
Women typically have 6 to 10 contractions per orgasm.
(Compared to 4 to 6 for men)
And the reason why orgasms make you feel so happy?
Your brain releases endorphins & oxytocin.
Sadly, only about a third of women regularly orgasm during penetration.
But... Some women can orgasm while exercising, sleeping, or giving birth.
Not so bad, huh?
